1. نافذة الاسترداد: 7 أيام من أول دفعة
1. 7-Day First-Payment Refund Window
يحق لك طلب استرداد كامل عن أول اشتراك مدفوع خلال سبعة (7) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ أول عملية دفع فعلية. لا يلزم تقديم سبب. ينطبق هذا الحق على أول اشتراك فقط، ولا يشمل التجديدات أو الاشتراكات اللاحقة.
You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription within seven (7) calendar days of the first actual payment. No reason is required. This right applies to the first subscription only, not to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.

2. No Pro-Rata Refund for Partial Months
بعد انتهاء نافذة الـ 7 أيام، لا يوجد استرداد جزئي عن الأيام غير المستخدمة من الشهر الجاري. يستمر وصولك للخدمة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ثم يتوقف التجديد التلقائي.
After the 7-day window, no pro-rata refund is issued for unused days within the current billing month. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which auto-renewal stops.
3. مخالفة سياسة الاستخدام المقبول تُلغي الاسترداد
3. AUP Violations Void Refunds
لا يحق لك أي استرداد إذا تم إيقاف حسابك أو إنهاء خدمتك بسبب مخالفة سياسة الاستخدام المقبول (AUP)، بما في ذلك إصدار فواتير وهمية أو الاحتيال الضريبي أو غسيل الأموال أو أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة السعودية.
No refund is due if your account is suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), including fake invoicing, VAT fraud, money laundering, or any activity contrary to Saudi law.

4. Free Trial
أي تجربة مجانية لا تُحسب ضمن نافذة الاسترداد لأنها مجانية أصلاً. تبدأ نافذة الـ 7 أيام عند أول عملية دفع فعلية بعد التجربة.
Any free trial is not counted toward the refund window because it is already free. The 7-day window starts on your first actual payment after the trial.

أرسل بريدًا إلى legal@fattourh.com بعنوان "Refund Request" مع: اسم الحساب، البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل، تاريخ أول دفعة، وطريقة الدفع. نرد خلال يومَي عمل ونؤكد الموافقة أو سبب الرفض كتابيًا.
Email legal@fattourh.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include: account name, registered email, date of first payment, and payment method. We reply within two business days and confirm approval or written reason for refusal.

6. Refund Method
يُعاد المبلغ عبر نفس قناة الدفع المستخدمة في الاشتراك. حاليًا تُقبَل المدفوعات عبر التحويل البنكي ويُعاد المبلغ بتحويل عكسي خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل من الموافقة. ستُتاح قناة دفع رسمية إضافية مستقبلًا، وسيُتبع نفس مسار القناة عند إعادة المبلغ.
Refunds are returned through the same channel used for payment. Bank transfer payments are reversed within five (5) business days of approval. A regulated payment gateway will be added in the future and refunds will follow the same channel.

الاسترداد يُنهي اشتراكك ويوقف التجديد. تبقى بيانات الفواتير محفوظة لمدة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات وفقًا لمتطلبات الفوترة الإلكترونية وضريبة القيمة المضافة في المملكة، حتى بعد الاسترداد.
A refund ends your subscription and stops renewal. Invoice data remains retained for at least five (5) years under Saudi e-invoicing and VAT rules, even after the refund.
